Services We Provide
Lackey Clinic provides the following services for uninsured adults in Virginia:
Primary and Specialty Medical Care | Dental Care | Better Vision Eye Care | Free and Low-Cost Medications | Behavioral Health Counseling | Telehealth Services | Spiritual Care
We ask for a contribution of $25 for medical, eye care, and behavioral health appointments if patients are able to contribute.
Starting October 1st, 2025: For dental fees, we will charge $40 per appointment (including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and scaling). Fees are due at time of booking. If a patient no shows for their dental appointment or are more than 15 minutes late, there will be no refund. (Crown and root canal fees vary.)
Services NOT Available
Chronic Pain Management | Pre-natal Care | Substance Abuse Treatment | Treatment for Severe Mental Illness | Disability physicals and Workmen’s Compensation physicals
The following medications are NOT provided: Controlled substances (including but not limited to narcotics and sleeping pills) or family planning services
Your Employee's Eligibility Requirements
Your employee's yearly income based on family size must be at or below the chart levels.
If applying for medical services, your employee must have no medical insurance.
If applying for dental only services, your employee must not have dental insurance.
Your employee must live in Virginia.
Your employee must be 18 years of age or older.
