Interactive team of healthcare professionals who help provide assistance to achieve optimal health. Work with a lifestyle coach, a nurse, and your Lackey Clinic Provider.

Meet Flo:

We’re super excited to introduce Flo (Florence)! Flo is a text messaging program that acts like a helpful friend sending text messages to help improve your health, for conditions like high blood pressure, pre-diabetes and diabetes.

Flo will:

Send you quick texts right after you tell us your readings.
Shares health tips through texts.
Helps you remember to take your medicine.
Sends education to learn about staying healthy.
 

How to Use Flo:

Don’t worry about signing up; we’ll take care of that for you! Flo will ask you to share your blood sugar or blood pressure readings.
 

Stay Updated with Flo:

Check to see if you have a text message from “Flo”. We’ll be sending you information and updates through this new service.

Good nutrition is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Our Food as Medicine program is available to patients enrolled in our Connected Care Program.
