Lackey clinic is a faith-based nonprofit providing free medical and dental care to adults without insurance. Our patients are the working class who earn too much to qualify for Virginia Medicaid but not enough to afford quality insurance, usually earning between $12-$25 an hour.
Primary and Specialty Medical Care
We offer primary and specialty medical care to adults who are uninsured and cannot afford healthcare.
Dental Care
We provide free dental care, such as fillings, cleanings, and tooth extractions, to adults in Virginia who don’t have dental insurance.
Eye Care
We provide free eye care and access to free and low-cost eye glasses.
Virtual Care
We offer free virtual care in Virginia for adults who have an urgent medical or dental need. Start a free virtual care visit now—no appointment needed!
Free and Low-Cost Prescriptions
Lackey Clinic has an in-house pharmacy where patients can pick up their prescriptions right after their doctor’s appointment or anytime during pharmacy business hours.
Behavioral Health Services
If a patient feels they need to speak to a behavioral health specialist, Lackey Clinic provides free behavioral health to currently enrolled medical patients.

Spiritual Care
We offer these for patients of various faiths as well as those seeking God’s help apart from identified religions. We help patients and staff access their faith for the healing of body, mind, and spirit.

Chronic conditions and common illnesses brand-name medications can often be ordered through patient assistance programs at no cost to the patient. For generic, formulary medications filled through our pharmacy there is a $4 fee for up to a 30-day supply or a $10 fee for a 90-day supply. The fee is due at the time of medication pick-up. Please note: Our pharmacy does not carry or dispense narcotic/controlled substances.
