Mr. Jones’ Story
In August 2011, Mr. Jones suffered a left pelvic fracture after falling off a roof while working. He required two major surgeries to repair the fractures, spent seven days in the hospital to recover. He also needed intensive outpatient follow-up and therapy. For nearly five months, Mr. Jones was unable to bear weight. He slowly began to do some light work around the house; he attempted to return to his original employment in the construction field. He lasted only a couple of months before he needed to leave again due to the pain. After having to leave his job again, his mental state deteriorated rapidly, resulting in depression, insomnia and even suicidal thoughts.
Mr. Jones began seeing a Lackey physician, Dr. Ralph Robertson, who was relentless in his pursuit to improve Mr. Jones’ overall health. After countless visits, medication trials and intense physical therapy, Mr. Jones is now completely mobile and back to work full-time in the construction industry. His physician recently stated that Mr. Jones is full of life and enthusiasm now. He continues to thank the Clinic for the hope and healing it provided during his illness.
